To be rated as a high value institute, our aim is to offer high quality online education services and a safe and stimulating environment at a reasonable price for students in the UAE and around the world. We also publish our fees online for transparency.
Consistent with the requirements of the authorities involved, the purpose of this policy is to provide.
Guidelines for granting refunds of enrolment fee, cancellation or enrolments and transfer requests. It applies to domestic and international students enrolled in AFIMC programs.
Students must advise AFIMC that they are withdrawing from a course enrolment.
AFIMC will offer a refund on the following lines:
Refund is issued only in case of withdrawals due to unsatisfactory/delayed training delivery on the part of AFIMC and only upon through investigation and approval from the management.
AFIMC will offer a suspension or extension at no charge to students under the following circumstances:
By reason/s of proven financial hardship or medical conditions that will extend past the duration of the course enrolled.
AFIMC will offer refund to students under the following circumstances:
Where AFIMC cancels a subject in which the student has enrolled or where the commencement of the subject or module is postponed for more than four weeks.
Students who have enrolled in a course can transfer to another subject to the commencement of the program without penalty. Students who transfer courses to advanced or higher prices will also incur the price of the original course intended to take. Students who change subjects will be ineligible to apply for special consideration based on changing subjects alone.
Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
There are no fees applicable for the retaking of an assessment on AFIMC Assessment platform, AFIMC offers 2 free attempts for reassessment which is subject on management approval. If customer is taking the training for outsource or 3rd party examination so AFIMC will not be responsible for any exam fee or re attempt.
There are fees for the reissue of a soft copy certificate. $10 will be applicable for the same.
Throughout the year AFIMC runs classroom trainings, workshops, short courses and other course-related activities. If AFIMC cancels one of these activities, full fees will be refunded.
In the unlikely event that AFIMC defaults, for unforeseen reasons, and is unable to provide a course of study or continue a course of study, AFIMC will arrange for students to enroll in a similar course and receive full recognition for any successfully completed units of study already undertaken.
Refunds are paid in Same mode of payment from the source AFIMC receive payment , within 14 business days from the date the student lodges a request with a completed Course Cancellation Request form and with accompanying evidence if applicable.
